Environmental Law and Mergent Bond Record
The New York State Library no longer receives print copies of the Environmental Law in New York Newsletter or the Mergent Bond Record. These two titles are now sent to the Library as PDF files. In order to make these two titles available to NYS Government employees, we have set up an email distribution list for each title. If you would like to receive one or both of these titles via email each month, please contact us at NYSLPR@nysed.gov or 518-474-2274 with your name, work email address, and name of the publication you would like to receive.
Environmental Law in New York Newsletter: The monthly newsletter keeps practitioners abreast of current developments in New York environmental law. Each issue keeps you up-to-date on legal developments in such areas as air quality, water quality, wetlands, energy, pesticides, wildlife, solid waste, etc.
Mergent Bond Record: This monthly publication offers a comprehensive review of over 68,000 issues, such as corporate, government, municipal, industrial development/environmental control revenue and international bonds; structured finance and equipment trust issues; medium-term notes; convertible issues; preferred stocks and commercial paper issues.
