Connotea is a reference management tool designed for researchers, clinicians, and scientists that provides an easy way to organize and share references with colleagues. Although this tool can be used to collect and organize references from any webpage it has extra features built in for some websites including PubMed and many journals that allows Connotea to automatically collect bibliographic information for users.Notefish is another easy organization tool that allows you to put all your web research into one page. Once you set up and save your references to your Notefish page you can annotate references or add customized notes and share it with others. Update on America's Historical Newspapers
The State Library's subscription to the online database, America's Historical Newspapers, has changed. Although our subscription no longer includes out-of-state newspapers, it does now include more historical New York State newspapers -- over 200 newspapers published between 1733 and 1915. This online collection is available to New York State Government employees 24/7 from work or home with a NYSL Borrower Card.
